The Naughty Knitters are returning to cozy gatherings in knitters’ homes this winter, meeting on Tuesdays at 3 p.m. Whether you knit, stitch, or are simply curious to try something new, everyone is welcome to join the fun! A chance to do some good!
RVR4Good is a loosely associated group of your neighbors. We are focused on opportunities for RVR residents to support local charities, meet local needs and, better connect RVR with the Carbondale and broader RFV communities. If you are interested in knowing more, please send an email to RVR4Good@gmail.com and ask to be added to the email list. Or just come to one of the monthly meetings at the Ranch House.

RVR4Good – Stepping Stones
Stepping Stones is a Carbondale non-profit that cultivates strong mentoring relationships and community spaces for youth, ages 10-24. This leads to fostering personal growth, compassion and responsibility. With mentoring at the center of their program, they offer wraparound services to meet youth and families’ needs. All services are free. The staff works closely with Carbondale, Glenwood and Basalt schools. RVR residents provide a meal to Stepping Stones on the first Monday of every month.

RVR Ski Club
Ready for another great season on the slopes? The RVR Homeowners Association Ski Club is back, and we’d love for you to join!
From black runs to blue cruisers, all skill levels are welcome. Enjoy group ski days at Snowmass (and possibly other resorts), fun social events, and the chance to connect with neighbors who share your passion for skiing. Ski in groups that match your comfort level and join events throughout the season—there’s something for everyone!
With Ulrhoff closed this season, the group decided to meet at Sam’s Knob at 10:00 am on Wednesdays, allowing for warm-up runs and access to indoor facilities. Cross-country skiing may be scheduled on a separate day, and ride-sharing to Snowmass will be offered.
Due to snow conditions and open terrain, the RVR Ski Club delayed the start of their meet ups. Check back in for updates!
